CLIFF WATTS, "WOOD, WATER & ROCK"

"Wood, Water & Rock" was celebrity photographer Cliff Watts' first foray into a legitimate gallery showing, and a self-described artistic stretch from shooting Britney Spears and Beyonce over the past ten years (the latter who actually wrote the foreword for this very book of images). The bold shapes created by the nude bodies and beautiful landscapes allowed for a branding that was both classic and abstract at the same time - a simple elegance for the collateral and physical enviroment, but one that the images could bleed into as well. The trees from the forest were screened onto the gallery columns, walls were painted a dark grey, and the lights were dimmed to marry nature and the people in it.
