Completed as part of a Brand Identity seminar at the School of Visual Arts, this project's goal was to update the branding for the Museum of Math currently located and operating in the Flatiron District. In an effort to elevate the museum's look and feel were it to cater to older students and adults, the reimagined identity takes much of its visual system from the bold new logo - a play on words and common mathematics symbols (multiplication, subtraction, addition, and division). Using that as a base in color and pattern, the other visual elements combine to take the Museum of Math to an edgier, more mature audience that might just be interested in learning about the field in the future.
